The 1881 Victorian townhouse was completely renovated and updated in the 1990's. The remodeling kept many of the best features of the 19th century, including pocket doors, 12' ceilings, carved woodwork, crown moldings and 3 working fireplaces. One particularly dramatic feature added with the renovations is a 2 story atrium with a curved stairway to the rear courtyard and garden.
The Apple Tree Inn offers a traditional private home Bed and Breakfast experience. You are the personal guests to the owners of the home. The home offers accommodations in just one guest room, located on the second floor of the home and furnished with a Queen size bed. There is a full, private hall bath exclusive for guest use, just across the hall from the bedroom. The guest suite includes a 35" HD LCD TV with cable and complimentary wireless Internet, which carries throughout the home and courtyard. Visitors are also encouraged to enjoy the first floor living room and den, as well as the private courtyard in the backyard of the property. Mornings, your hosts treat you to a hot cooked breakfast served in the Garden level dining room or alfresco on the patio; of course, when weather permits. Guests are also welcome to the backyard garden area, which is especially relaxing after a long day of sightseeing! The Inn is centrally air-conditioned and heated for year round comfort.
