The city of Paris has a "good conduct" rule that there is no "loud noise" after 10pm in residential buildings. The mini studio is really too tiny for events or parties!

Fantastic place. Even though this is a small room (these were maid's rooms in the old days), they have done a fantastic job of making a perfect little place to stay- everything fits, everything works just right for storage, kithchen, sleeping. And location is everything- it is right by rue mouffetard, the greatest street in Paris. Rae and her partner have done a very creative job in making a beautiful room. Stay here!

The studio is really confort, inside u find everything you need to cook and have a nice staying, everything in the house is new and clean. The building is really quiet and the area next to the studio is full of bars and cool place where you can chill or hang around just watching the Phantheon and all the area next. Rae is really kind and answer really soon to avery doubt or question.

This apartment is PERFECT for somebody that wants to explore Paris solo. As advertised, the room is tiny but it has everything you need! Very clean. Hosts are fantastic and great with communication. Would recommend to anyone looking for a budget friendly place to stay.

This place is great value! It has everything you need, just all in a small space. The wifi works really well near the window, but not towards the other end of the room. And the toilet is down the hall. But I stayed here for 7 days and it was a great experience overall. Rae is very accommodating if you have any questions. If economical is what you're looking for, I'd recommend.

Rae and her husband, Bernard, met me late on the evening of my arrival. Paris was having a heatwave, so the three of us ambled through the Latin Quarter while it cooled off, and she showed me where most everything was. We grabbed dinner and had a wonderful evening--they're incredible people!

Un petit studio calme et lumineux situé sous les toits. L'emplacement est très bien situé près des grandes écoles du 5ème arrondissement.

I love the quiet, village atmosphere of some of the oldest parts of cities.
