An electronic badge is necessary to enter building and go beyond the glass doors in the foyer.
Studio has its own key.
There is also a building code that allows your guests into the foyer but they will only have access to the foyer; they can call on interphone - the phone on the wall behind the door connects to the interphone and allows you to let guests through the foyer.
Interaction with guests
Please keep in touch! We will try to assist with anything you need that fits into the room (or we can remove whatever you do not need , for example the electric fan in winter)
You are invited to call, email, or stop by the building next door (N°3) and ring our interphone! Please don't hesitate to ask for what you need.
Other things to note
There is no smoking in the building.
There are garbage bins are in a separate room next to the elevator on the ground level - You are expected to take down your trash daily.
The common spaces in the building are vacuumed and washed by our concierge, Amelia, who also takes out the garbage bins daily; Amelia speaks Portuguese and French.
The city of Paris has a "good conduct" rule that there is no "loud noise" after 10pm in residential buildings. The mini studio is really too tiny for events or parties!
