Come, rest, relax, and enjoy Philadelphia. This is a cozy, renovated Trinity-style home close to everything that's everything in Philly. The Art District theaters, Rittenhouse Square, Italian and Asian Markets, are just a few steps.
This is one of three cozy bedrooms with a double/full bed in a 1000+ Sq ft rowhome. There is a coffee bar in the living area with an assortment of teas, cookies and hot cocoa for anytime you wish to enjoy it. Towels and wash cloths are provided, as well as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and use of a blowdryer. This plush, down-fee room shares 1 bathroom. At night you can see the Philadelphia skyline and is just about the quietest room in the house. A great place for the independent traveller with places to go, sights to see, and people to meet. Interaction with guests
I will be available via email at any time. I may also be personally available to go sightseeing, attend a Zumba class together :), or steer you in the right direction if needed. I do travel quite a bit, so I may not always be physically here during your stay. It is a great place for the independent guest who does not require constant interaction, yet enjoys getting to know new people and feeling welcome in a new home. I will provide you with what you need to enjoy Philadelphia to the fullest.
If you need to check in at a time other than indicated, please let me know prior and we can make arrangements.
* You can leave items downstairs before and after check in/out, just let me know before arrival.
Other things to note
If you rent or own a car, on street parking in the neighborhood is available and free all day (please read the house manual for parking instructions). Also, this home layout is on 3 storys. Your room is on the top floor, two flights up so, may be a challenge for anyone wheelchair bound.
Check out/In info details are in the house manual.
Kitchen instructions are in the house manual.
Please note: this is a nut-free (includes lentils and hummus), feather-free, pet free house.
You may come and go as you need. Wild parties, although fun, are left better for enjoying at the local bars. This is a drug free, non-smoking location and nut-free as well (the owner is allergic). That means no nut products or the refuse of such products, in the house. Although four-legged friends are cherished (and some without legs)... pets are not allowed at this time. Smoking may be enjoyed on the outdoor patio.
- Since this is a city, outside shoes are left at the door, when you come in to ensure a clean environment. Please remove shoes upon entering.
- Also, please close down toilet seats after use for other guests who may not wish to fall in after you.
- The home is well lit, so please turn on and off lights as you need. The downstairs light is on a timer. For the breakfast area light, just hit the dimmer switch on the wall. turn if light is not coming on.

Hello! I love to travel and learn about people, places, and ways of life. In my free time I enjoy being active like attending Zumba events, working with charitable organizations, writing, creating music, and practicing recipes in the kitchen over a few laughs and some cava or red wine. I believe in healthy living balanced with a little fun... no smoking, positive thinking and doing, meditation, and treating others kindly. I absolutely love being an Airbnb host and give total freedom to come and go in a safe environment, while maintaining a respectful atmosphere. Laissez les bon temps roulez!!!
