Welcome to Robindale Villas. This three-story modern townhouse is in a gated community with an attached two car garage; whole home water softener; Wi-Fi; LED tv's in every room and many kitchen amenities. Make yourself at home!
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi. On your computer, smart device or peripheral look for the SSID titled 'VegasVacationPad'. The password is written on the chalkboard in the kitchen. Once your reservation is confirmed you may also obtain the WiFi password through the Airbnb portal.
The kitchen, den and bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen LED televisions (five in total). The TV's in the den, kitchen, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom are equipped with DirecTV with HDR. Each TV is a smart TV so YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, etc. may be accessed with YOUR account information. The third bedroom is a smart TV only.
Each room is equipped with a stainless steel ceiling fan with remote.
The two-car garage has ample space for two vehicles as well as a large trash and recycling bin. Again, we do not provide openers so the garage door must be opened and closed using the wireless keypad mounted outside the door. The opener is on the right hand side of the outside garage wall. Apologies for the inconvenience but it's one less thing to lose or forget.
For your moisturizing needs, the townhome has a whole-house water softening system. Water in Vegas is hard and we want you to be classy not ashy! We use salt not potassium in the system as an FYI.
The couch and oversized chair in the den recline electronically. The buttons are on either side of the furniture pieces.
There are some boardgames for you to use in the kitchen bar/TV/nook area.
The kitchen is well equipped with all stainless steel appliances to include a double oven, gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. We also provide a toaster, coffee maker, blender, and juicer.
Pots and pans are located to the bottom left of the stove.
The cutting board is in the top drawer of the kitchen island.
The plates and bowls are in the upper left hand row of cabinets
The glasses and mugs are in the upper right hand row of cabinets by the refrigerator.
The eating utensils are next to the kitchen sink.
The knife set is on the countertop near the stove.
Underneath the sink you will find all the cleaning products such as bleach, dishwashing soap, trash bags and spray cleaner. The sponges and towels are in the drawer next to the sink.
There is a water cooler next to the refrigerator. We do not refill the water during your stay.
Above the stove you will find salt, pepper and oil for cooking. We also provide a modest supply of coffee, sugar and creamer.
Underneath the painting in the kitchen you will find paper towels and extra toilet paper in the underneath cabinets.
For your convenience there is a charging station for your smart devices in this area where you will also find the modem and wireless router.
There is a fire extinguisher mounted inside the first floor closet.
The community pool is key access only and the key is located on the wall near the Wi-Fi equipment. Please take care not to lose the key as we will charge for it to be replaced from your deposit.
There is a washer and dryer upstairs. We provide a small amount of laundry soap as well as laundry baskets that are on top of and inside the cabinets above the washer and dryer.
The iron and ironing board are mounted next to the laundry closet.
Towels and linens are located in the hallway closet next to the third bedroom entry door. You will also find replacement bulbs for the light fixtures as needed.
There is a modest amount of soap, shampoo, deodorant and conditioner samples in each full bath.
The hair dryer is located in the master bath closet. The plunger is located in the middle bathroom.
The whole house is yours with the rental. We will only segment the rooms on special occasions. The door locks are electronically controlled so there is no need for a key. We will provide a gate code upon check-in as well as the garage keypad code.

We are always available to make your stay more comfortable. Just call or e-mail.

Trash and recycling day is every Wednesday!
• Check-in time is 3PM.
Check-In is at 3PM. We will e-mail, text or call you (depending on your preference) 30 minutes prior to check-in with the gate, garage and front door access code that will give you entry to the neighborhood and the town home. For your safety and security as well as to protect our investment, we do not provide metal keys or door openers that could easily be duplicated. The electronic codes are unique to each guest.
Inspect your rental
Before you rush out or relax, please take some time to look through the house and inspect for any damages or discrepancies. The house is inventoried after each use. Protect yourself and give the house a good look to ensure nothing is out of sorts.
Most important, everyone is welcome in our home (race, gender, orientation, creed, politics, etc.). It does not matter!
We ask that you take care of it and afford courtesy and respect to the neighbors. Common sense applies here but no DJ's or rock star parties. Trust me, we have chill!
There is absolutely NO SMOKING in the house.
Waste-not want-not. Please use your towels more than once to conserve water. Please turn off the lights when you are not in a room. The air conditioner and heater are set for your comfort and we ask that you do not go to the extreme (e.g. heat on high or max AC).
Please be careful not to break anything.
Call us if you have a problem. Please give us the opportunity to address your issues. We are accountable and reasonable…so if we messed up we want to fix it; simple as that.
Seriously? We can accommodate a range of needs. There is a mandatory cleaning fee upon checkout but we can also provide daily maid service if that's your desire.
We ask that you please recycle your cans, bottle and paper (blue bin in the garage) and if your stay falls on a Wednesday you place the recycle and trash bins outside the garage on Tuesday night.
On your last day, please place dirty towels and linens on the floor.
