This modern apartment is all about location, location, location and cannot be beaten in terms of access to the Queen Street Mall, riverside restaurants and nightlife entertainment. Open plan living on the 24th floor, fully equipped kitchen and fantastic facilities in the heart of Brisbane CBD!

The space

Modern two bedroom and two bathroom apartment, fully equipped for both short term and long term stays in the heart of the CBD. Two queen size beds as well as a foldout double bed couch. Bedrooms have built in wardrobes, and large full length Glass to ceiling Windows. Accomdates 6 people including using the sofa bed, however 4 is ideal.

Open plan kitchen and lounge area with spectacular dining spaces as well as fully equipped kitchen that has supplied crockery, dishwasher, microwave, oven etc as well as a laundry complete with a washing machine and dryer to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Wireless internet, Foxtel and a DVD player is available for your use and the unit is fully air conditioned. All linen and towels Supplied, and car-parking is available for you to use.


The apartment building is equipped with two pools, a sauna, a gym, a lounge and bbq area as well as a hot tub all available for your use year round.

**** please note there is currently works/upgrades occurring on one of the pools - this will be completed by December 3rd however the other is still accessible ****

Pros: This apartment is in a great location. Safe and quiet. Fully equipped kitchen. Cons: unit wasn't professionally cleaned. Unsafe for young children as you can not lock (key lock) balcony door.
