Unique loft apartment on a secluded 10-acre oceanfront lot. Access to a semi-private beach on Merigomish bay (15 min nature walk). Pond and nature paths to explore on the property.

Large backyard (shared with other apartments), pets allowed.

The bedrooms don't have windows and the walls don't extend to the ceiling, creating one open space. So you can hear snoring between the bedrooms.

The space
Rocky Beach on property, 15 minutes nature walk from the house. Swimming shoes are recommended.

Five minutes drive from Melmerby beach, rated one of the best in Nova Scotia.
15 min from New Glasgow.

Multiple paths to explore on the property, including a pond. When in season, the property is bursting with blackberries, apples and pears; help yourself to any fruit you pick.

The loft is part an apartment building. Some muted noises from neighbours may be audible as walls are thin. There are several more airbnb's in the building, as well as a farmhouse 150 feet away.

Loft has its own (private) washer/dryer. Feel free to use it.

Guest access
Self check-in with a door code. Reserved parking for one car with space for more cars.

Please be respectful to other tenants/guests. No excessive noise please. All the tenants are friendly.

Yard is shared with other tenants and airbnb units.

Please note that this property is in a rural area and insects are unavoidable. Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds due to insects.

There is a farmouse airbnb about 150 feet from the house. See plan in the photos.

The harbour is relatively shallow. However the beach is rocky; swimming shoes are recommended.
