About this listing
This condo is located in the new trendy and commercial ICE district in Edmonton. We are a couple that have this as our home and love hosting when we can.
There is one bedroom for guests with an office that may be accessible when requested. It's a cozy space close to most downtown locations and Grant McEwan University.
The bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and the living area are all accessible. There is a gym in the main floor.
Interaction with guests
I will be accessible on email to offer help.
The ICE district is newly named because of its proximity to the trendy developments in the downtown core. The vibrant 104th street farmers market in the summers, and many boutique coffee shops, restaurants and wine bars make this location an urban paradise.
Being in the ICE district allows many options for easy transportation access at all times. The bus stop is literally in front of the main doors, there are 2 LRT stations about 300 meters away. Most of the downtown locations can be walked to with ease.
Other things to note
This is downtown with all its normal bustle. During snow removal, graters can make noise that may be disturbing.
Besides the approved guests, no one else permitted into the premises. Please take off your shoes as we have hardwood floors. No pets. NO SMOKING in the building.
We value honesty and respect in our guests to our home. We take good care of our place and keep it clean.
We are a couple who love to journey through life and live with the stories of a community of people. Ruth is a gynecologist and Zab is a teacher and also works in conflict prevention and diplomacy. We love to run, hike and are foodies as well.
