Welcome to Biltmore Flat, our simple, stylish, cozy retreat that is walking distance to some of the coolest spots in Phoenix. Built in 1949, it has all the character and charm that century provided. The flat is centrally located in the Biltmore/Arcadia lite neighborhood only 10 mins from Sky Harbor Airport and 15 mins to downtown Phoenix.

The space
If you're looking for a cozy + stylish + unique getaway in Phoenix, you’ve come to the right place! This is a brand new, fully updated space with a smart tv for you to login to your own apps to enjoy, beautiful private bathroom, a Thuma queen size bed frame, and comfy bed. It also has a washer and dryer as well as a full-sized fridge. There are usb plugs on the side tables for easy charging. Guests have a private entrance and a fenced in patio.

Guest access
Guest have access to the flat and private patio. There is plenty of street parking spots in front of the space.

Other things to note
The flat is attached to our house so please respect TV volume at night as you are attached to our living space. If you leave the tv on at night just don't have it blaring. Thank you for respecting our space by limiting late night loud noises.

We have 2 dogs that are amazing, but occasionally they will bark. They don’t do it a lot, but we wanted to make you aware.
