Important to note: This home is separated into two units. The entire upper floor is used for guests to enjoy and the lower level is occupied by the owner's son. There is a door that links the two floors but locks from both sides.

Guest access
*Important Information: This home is split between the top floor and bottom floor. The guest will have access to the entire top floor. The bottom floor is occupied by a full-time tenant. The tenant has a private access at the back of the home. The bottom patio is private to the tenant. The yard and outdoor amenities are shared with the tenant and the guests.

There is no washer and dryer available to the guests, however we provide plenty of linens for your stay.

There is a cat named Mina living on the property. She is a friendly cat and may come up to you for some love. She stays outside so please do not let her inside the house.
