As you walk into this tri-level three bedroom Breckenridge vacation rental you will feel relaxed and at home. After walking up the stairs from the private heated garage and laundry area, you are immediately welcome by a large family room, gorgeous kitchen, and family-friendly dining room table (expandable to seat 8). Our small yet cozy deck includes a gas grill and stunning views of the mountains.
The lusciously soft couch, love seat and recliner provide comfortable seating with amazing views of the mountains, while the gas fireplace adds cozy warmth throughout.
Upstairs the master bedroom & full bath, is the only room in the house that has uninterrupted views of both Breckenridge Ski Area and Baldy Mountain. As you are enjoying a relaxing morning in the glorious king bed we suggest opening the sliding door and letting the sound of the flowing river below serve as a natural musical soundtrack.
Guest Room Number 2 has a queen bed, dresser and closet with close access to the 2nd full bath on the 3rd level.
The 3rd Bedroom upstairs sleeps 4 - one bunk bed and a trundle bed. It is ideal for the kids and has a Flat Screen Television as well.
Guests have complete access to our comfy retreat!
