Beautiful, newly renovated lakefront property located on Middle lake on one of Wisconsins finest lakes, Lauderdale lakes! Prime location directly next-door to Lauderdale landing, the only bar located on the lake. This 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom house offers 3 levels of living area, including an open loft area with a queen bed and pull out couch with an amazing view of the lake. Lower level bar area with sauna, hot tub, pickleball court, kayak, water toys and so much more for you to enjoy!

The space
4 bedroom house with 3 floors of living space and an open loft with lots of entertaining space and fun activities all over the property. Located directly on Lauderdale lakes , a chain of 3 beautiful Wisconsin lakes. Tvs available in every bedroom besides the open loft area. 2 king beds , 4 queen beds, 2 twin bunk beds, a sofa pull out bed and 2 queen air mattresses available for use.

Kitchen/Dining/living room area: Located on the main floor that opens up to the loft area. Half bathroom located in this area as well. Island area for seating as well as a high top table with chairs and a bench! Walk in pantry, full size refrigerator with auto refill water pitcher, 2 sizes of Ice available in the freezer. Wine/drink refrigerator , microwave, gas stovetop and oven, toaster oven, dishwasher, all available for your use! Smart tv and couches also located in this area with an electric fire place to cozy up to. This also opens up to the outdoor deck where you can utilize our gas fire pit with chairs and grilling area!


Lower living area/bar: bar area with full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Smart tv with electric fire place below and couch for you to relax on! Full size bathroom down here as well as the washer and dryer. This level opens up to the lower deck that leads down to the lake. The hot tub is located on the deck as well as the sauna . Lake toys available for use by the pier ! (Boat pictured in listing is not available for use or rental)

Loft area : the open loft has a queen bed and sofa pull out bed. There is a full size bathroom on this floor. There is one bedroom located on this floor that has 2 queen beds and 2 bunk beds. The closet has 2 queen air mattresses available for your use as well!

Primary bedroom: this is located on the main floor off of the living room/kitchen. This room has a king sized bed , lounge chair, smart tv with electric fireplace below, full size armoire and full size bathroom attached to it with separate toilet room, a shower and soaking tub as well as 2 sinks. This room also provides access to the main level deck with a glider chair outside of the room.

King size bedroom: the other king size bedroom is located on the lower level and faces the lake for a beautiful view to wake up to ! This has a closet and amazon fire stick tv for your use.

Queen size bedroom: the other queen size bedroom is located on the lower level and has a closet and chrome cast streaming tv for your use.

Garage/game room: the garage is the ultimate game room! We have foosball, ping pong and more out there! The pickleball net and supplies are also stored out there for your use. Our driveway has a pickleball court built into it that you are welcome to use!

Lake access: we have 2 piers on our property. our personal boat is stored on a lift on the white deck (not available for guest use) and the wooden deck is available for your use in order to dock 2 boats. We also have a kayak, paddleboard, trampoline, rafts and a lily pad all available for you to utilize ! Boat launch is located right down the road from our property, you will pass it on the left hand side as you make your way to the property.

Location: Less than 30 mins from lake Geneva ! 20 mins away from Alpine Valley Music Theatre!
Lauderdale lakes country club and Evergreen Golf Club close by as well!

Other things to note
Please note- boat and boat lift pictured on listing is not included in the rental or available for use. But you are able to dock 2 boats on the brown pier. Thank you!
