The house is a luxury place with multiple spots for rest, fun and enjoy a stress free vacation.
The house is equipped with all essentials, including a heated pool, huge outdoor chill out area, BBQ, billiard and tennis table. We also have prepared sport equipment, toys and kids playground.
Two parking spots are available in the garage.
The villa went through a substantial renovation in 2023.

The space
Five bedroom house with 7 bathroom, multiple area for sitting and well equipped for a perfect holiday.
The house is built on 3 floors, first one including 4 bedrooms with en suite, one big living room with sport equipment and play area for kids, TV, billiard table and sitting area with a bathroom. The Outside area on the first floor has a table tennis and a mini bar with outdoor fridge. The garage (suitable for 2 cars) is also located on the first floor (street level), next to the garage you'll find the laundry room. (washing machine and dryer).
On the second floor we have a huge open space where you'll find the kitchen, dining table and TV with a beautiful couch. Also, one powder room is available on this floor. Outside, the pool area with sun lounges next to it and the barbecue area with dining table and sitting area.
On the 3rd floor, you'll find one bedroom with en suite bathroom and a spacious private terrace for it.

Guests can use all parts of the house. They have access to everything in the property.

Other things to note
Renting cars is highly recommended.
No events or gatherings allowed at the property during the stay.
Pool maintenance personnel will visit the house weekly.
