Main floor is comprised of a large living room with laminate floor, generously sized kitchen, formal dining room with bright corner windows and a 2 pc bathroom. The second floor consists of a spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and 2PC ensuite, 2 more guest bedrooms and a full bathroom. Newly finished basement offers 4th & 5th bedrooms, 3PC bathroom with stand glass shower and 2 separate sinks. Most windows are facing south. Tandem 2 car parking stall is steps away from front door. MOVE IN WITH YOUR SUITCASES!

Located in inner city community, RUNDLE, which is one of the best in NE Calgary. Near grocery store, restaurants and bank etc. Short driving/walking distance to Rundle C-train station, Village Square Leisure Cente, PLC and Sunridge shopping mall. 10 minutes driving to Downtown. 20 minute driving to Airport or University of Calgary.
