This spacious 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 16+ guests across 2,500 sq ft, designed with large groups and comfort in mind.

Three Portable Air conditioners and fans provide some cool air relief in the summer.

Electronic keypad entrance. Designated parking for 2-3 cars is behind the home, alley access. There is plenty of free street parking in the front.
Guests have access to everything in the home and on the property, excluding:
1) The keypad locked closet upstairs on the left in the hallway. That is reserved for our cleaners.
2) The detached 2-car garage is currently unavailable.
3) There is a detached shed near the garage that is locked and not for guest use.
Other things to note
Our client's older home is a well-maintained, family-owned property with character, charm, and a lived-in feel. While it may not have the finishes of a newly built home, it offers a comfortable and welcoming space that many guests have enjoyed over the years. We encourage guests to review all photos and listing details to ensure the home is a good fit for their expectations.
Air Conditioning: while there is no central air conditioning, there are 3 portal AC units throughout the upper level of the home. The downstairs is extremely cool during warmer weather. Portable fans are provided for extra air circulation.
We want every stay to be a great one. If you encounter any issues upon arrival, please notify us as soon as possible so we have the opportunity to address them during your stay. Refund requests related to concerns that were not reported promptly may not be eligible for consideration.

•Early check-in or late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.
•The booking guest will be required to complete an e-signed renter agreement on behalf of all guests. This ensures all house rules are acknowledged prior to arrival.
•The booking guest will also need to complete a simple ID collection process through our third-party guest portal partner, Happy Guest.
•A $250 refundable security deposit authorization may be placed before check-in and will be released within 7 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of the house rules.
Please note that failure to complete any of the required pre-arrival steps may result in cancellation of the reservation at the host's discretion.
