I've been staying in Nick's apartment for a longer time and it was a really nice stay. The location of the apartment is great due to the proximity to a Coop Shop and the bus stops which takes you to the city centre in just 10-15 minutes. The apartment was exactly as described and very clean. Nick was very flexible for Check-In and Check-Out and also available for any questions. All in all the communication with him was great. I would definitely stay in the apartment again.

This is a beautifully prepared and equipped annexe, which offers privacy and comfort. It's perfectly placed for local amenities (including a large Co-Op) and opposite a bus stop that takes you into Oxford City centre within 15 minutes. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for a few days away.

The apartment is in a great location for getting easily into Oxford and there's a Co-op store across the road. It's on a main road but there was no traffic noise because the Annexe is well set back behind the main house. Everything was high quality and clean, just as described. Nick was very responsive and we would recommend this place as very convenient for Oxford sightseeing.

Will answer the most obvious question first - would we stay at Nick's place again and would we recommend it. The answer is a resounding YES. We arrived at Heathrow from Australia at 6:30am. and Nick had very generously allowed us to leave our luggage at his apartment until after the cleaners had been and we could move in. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos - clean and modern. There is a main bedroom, a shower, a kitchen and a lounge room, all immaculately clean. We had loads of luggage as we are touring for almost seven weeks and even with this all spread out there was plenty of room. There is a bus stop go into and out of the city centre basically right at the door with convenience shops across the road and a large Sainsbury's about a ten minute walk. By bus , you are a comfortable 1p0 minute ride into the centre of Oxford and buses come on a very regular basis.
