Beautiful area

This home is in a scenic location.
Complete with sea views and wood-burning hot tub, Y-Ddol is a beautiful, modern barn conversion perfect for exploring the Eryri (Snowdonia) region.

The space
Y-Ddol, a luxury two bedroom holiday cottage with hot tub and sea views is a beautiful, modern barn conversion set in-between Harlech and Barmouth making it perfectly located for exploring Eryri (Snowdonia). Slate floors and minimalist interior give this holiday cottage an ultra modern feel and the floor to ceiling windows with sea views give it that unique and very special point of difference.

As you come into the open-plan kitchen, diner and sitting room, the vaulted ceilings and chic furniture give a real sense of space. The underfloor heating and log burner provide warmth, and add to the inviting and cosy feel of the cottage. To the far right is the sitting room area where you’ll find the all important sea views along with the log burner, comfortable sofas and large TV. The oversized lampshades and over hanging lamps are a really great touch as are the splashes of colour from the beautiful vases and soft furnishings.

The warm slate tiles continue through into the kitchen dining area and are beautifully complimented by high gloss white kitchen units. A central island adds character as does the wooden lighting beam above it. The dining table and chairs are all in keeping with the rest of the room with their modern minimalistic design.

From the kitchen, we continue through to the bedroom area. A double and a twin; both beautifully finished and the backlit headboards would not look out of place in a swish boutique hotel. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and continues with the slate grey theme of the rest of the house.

Outside is just as beautiful as inside! The wood burning hot tub is a fantastic feature and looks out onto the fields and the sea beyond. A spacious patio area with barbecue and seating will certainly be a place you locate to during the warm summer evenings and the hot tub will be used throughout the year; even in those colder winter months!

Other things to note
EV Charging Point (Pay As You Go).
Wood-fired Hot Tub. A starter pack of logs is provided for the hot tub. Please note, additional logs need to be purchased to heat the hot tub (available locally). Warming the water will take time and some attention.
