Welcome to my fully renovated 1930's craftsman bungalow with a contemporary flare. Located in the heart of Southtown, my home is only a few blocks from the bustling restaurants, Riverwalk, Missions, and Downtown scene. With an open floor plan, fully stocked kitchen, an eat-in kitchen, large backyard patio, and a walk in master shower, this home is sure to be an experience you'll never forget. Great for a weekend getaway, staycation, or family memories!

The space
I have completely renovated every inch of my 1930's craftsman bungalow, putting intention and attention into every detail. Each space is cozy and unique, highlighting the magnificent and warm open kitchen all the way into the master bathroom with 12' ceilings, a rain head shower, soaking tub, and wet room.

There are thoughtful touches throughout the home from art and photography from my travels around the world, to high end towels, linens, and mattresses in every room. With an open and inviting floor plan, the idea was to bring people and friends together.

The backyard provides a private, ambient, and intimate oasis with a large deck, dining table, and outdoor fire pit– pulling away from the bungalow craftsman exterior theme from the front of the home. You'll truly feel like you're being transported between two worlds.

** PLEASE NOTE: This home is pet friendly! There's an additional pet cleaning fee of $50.00 per pet. Pet restrictions to only allow cats & dogs. Please reach out to me with any further questions! **
** We do allow events at this home. There’s an additional $500 event fee for over 8 allowed guests at the home. The fee covers the additional cleaning & wear & tear on the home. We allow up to 30 guests for your event but only 8 guests are allowed to stay overnight. **

Kitchen/Dining: Fully equipped with plates, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, utensils, pots/pans, stainless steel refrigerator, gas stove, custom vent hood with insert, microwave & dishwasher! The magnificent kitchen island has 4 bar stools for you to enjoy a quick bite or your morning coffee from the Nespresso Coffee machine.

Living Room: Enjoy the open floor plan & spacious living room. Netflix, Hulu, YouTube and more are available via the Smart TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available for all of your streaming/ internet needs.

Sleeping Quarters:

Master Bedroom- Get a great nights rest on the King size 'Puffy Hybrid' memory foam mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, down comforter & a quilt (for the cooler nights). You will sleep like a baby, trust me! The ensuite restroom features a wet room with lux frameless glass shower with designer tile and a double vanity with plenty of counter space. Fresh towels, linens & makeup towels are provided as well. Body wash are available for you to use and enjoy during your stay.

The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a Queen 'Puffy' mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, down comforter, & a quilt as well.

The 3rd bedroom is equipped with a Queen 'Puffy' mattress, luxury bedding, soft pillows, & down comforter.

2nd Bathroom: Enjoy the designer tiled shower and tub with anti-microbial shower curtain and single vanity. Fresh towels, linens & makeup towels are provided as well. Body wash is available for you to use and enjoy during your stay.

For your convenience, the full-size washer and dryer are available to use with complimentary detergent.

Other Details: The HVAC and Heater are in your control! Feel free to modify the temperature for your comfort. There are plenty of windows in the house to provide natural light which offer a bright-open feel! The air circulation/energy is AMAZING!

Exterior: The home has a huge back porch with an outdoor table that seats 6, a couch setting to lounge, an intimate niche sitting area, and a BBQ grill (with utensils). Enjoy your morning coffee, a glass of wine to wind down the evening, or a BBQ for the whole family.

Parking/ Fence: Private parking is available on-site (3 cars MAX). The property is 4 sides fenced, plenty of space for your pup to run!

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire home except the master bedroom closet. There is plenty of storage throughout the home for you to be comfortable.

Other things to note
I do allow daytime events at this property such as bridal shower’s, baby showers, photography, family BBQ’s, etc. Guests may have up to 30 people for the event however the home only sleeps 6 guests overnight. We charge an additional fee for events of $500 and events are limited to two days. If you would like to book for a longer event please contact us with details and we will try to accommodate you.

Southtown is known for its cultural art, hip flare with local restaurants, bars, shops & walkability. The riverwalk & river trail access is located 2 blocks from my home. You can walk 30 minutes into the tourist loop of the Riverwalk or enjoy 10+ miles of trails leading to the Missions that make San Antonio full of culture.
