New studio that complements a 1930’s Bungalow. Fully self contained, modern bathroom, clean, quiet location backing onto park. Drive to door with undercover parking. Close to CBD, Hospital,Bethlehem shops, Mills Reef, Fernland Spa & the Mount beach.

The space
The space is fully self contained, new, clean, inviting, light and breezy with room to relax and sit outside. Access is easy and private.

Guests will have access to the patio outside their room.

Other things to note
I can provide a mattress on the floor for any extra guests. Children are welcome and there is a lovely park right beside my property with easy access through my gate. I'm 5 minutes walk from Fernland Spa mineral hot pools where they provide massages as well as a lovely park like setting.

Hi I'm a Professional person with a wide range of interests. I love to Tramp any and everywhere, have traveled extensively with my passions being Sth America, Asia & India & are looking forward to a well awaited trip to Greece Turkey & Morroco later this year. I like to travel basically finding my own way unguided on local buses, trains & boats, interacting with people from different cultures. I've worked overseas recently and are now pleased to be home creating my living space, making it pleasant & tranquil for others to share. I have new renovations completed and are looking forward to creating my gardens especially the vege garden. I love animals although as yet haven't a much wanted dog but need to settle more. I am an avid runner & walker, practice Yoga regularly, play squash when I can and love meeting people. I have a gorgeous deck with views over Tauranga that I enjoy to share a wine on or even a barbecue this time of year. I love the ocean, the rivers and the outdoors in general. My life is exciting, I love meeting & sharing adventures with all types of people. Food is a pleasure and I bake a good cake! haha I would love to have you share my home.....
