The Penthouse is situated on the upper floors of Eva Amour, an adult boutique on Barmouth's High Street. Adults only!
The space
The Penthouse sits above a modern and stylish adult boutique in a traditional stone built property on Barmouth's popular high street.
Sharing an entrance way with Eva Amour on the ground floor, guests make their way to the second and third floors of the building where The Penthouse is situated.
The Penthouse features a large living/ dining room with an impressive panoramic bay window. Guests can expect to see the famous sights of Barmouth including the beautiful beach and sea, surrounding mountains, The Dragon Theatre, Christ Church and the High Street. The ideal place for relaxing in the tub chairs with a drink.
Unwind in front of the TV on the comfortable sofa, and when the sun sets, turn the lounge into a bedroom for your guests with the cosy king size sofa bed.
The spacious Bathroom includes a full size bathtub, a separate hydro massage shower cabin and a full sink, all decorated tastefully and with an on-trend feel.
Enjoy a separate WC opposite the bathroom, complete with a modern sink.
The large kitchen includes everything you'd need for a holiday getaway, with a full sink and drainer, kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker and oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and cookware. There is a laundrette nearby for your convenience.
Climb the ladder stairs and pass through the quirky landing into the Loft Bedroom. Here you'll find a comfortable place to rest your head, chill out and enjoy some peace and quiet.
With a King size bed, open wardrobe and dressing table, complete with illuminated mirror and wireless phone charger pad, you'll also find a snug with beanbags to relax or cosy up with your partner and spend some quality time together. A great place to read, play games or just chat.
You'll enjoy more sea and beach views from the front window, and a fantastic view of St John's Church and Dinas Oleu from the side Velux window.
The Penthouse features an Alexa enabled Echo Dot in both the living room and the bedroom. You can listen to music, ask for information for the local area, play games and even more. Give it a try by saying "Alexa".

Guest access
Guests will share main entrance access from the front door to the first floor with the shop and office below.
Guests will have sole use of the second and third floors of the property, which is a self-contained holiday apartment.
Other things to note
Please note that this property is unsuitable for guests with mobility issues.
Guests will need to climb 2 sets of stairs to reach The Penthouse, and will also need to be able to climb ladder stairs to reach the bedroom.
We are not able to accept any person under the age of 18 due to the nature of the business downstairs.
Please note that the business downstairs has CCTV in the main entrance, which guests will need to pass through to access The Penthouse.
