◆ About check-in
⭐ Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00. If you arrive early, you can store your luggage in advance (to avoid loss, please keep your valuables and cash safe).
⭐ In order not to disturb other guests, the corridor lights will be turned off at 22:00 (except in common areas).
⭐ Please respect Japanese traditional culture, please take off your shoes when entering the house, the house does not provide slippers rental, please prepare your own if needed.
⭐ We do not provide toiletries, please bring your own. If you can't bring it, you can buy it at a nearby 100 yen shop.
◆ About late check-in
⭐ Please contact online customer service if you need to check in late, and we will guide you on self check-in.
◆ About check-out
⭐ Check out is at 10:00am. To ensure cleaning schedules, we do not accept late check-out requests.
⭐ If you check out after 10:00am, you will be charged an extra fee (500 yen/30 minutes) as our cleaning staff needs to wait until the guest checks out to clean and disinfect.

⭐ Reception, common dining room, microwave, and electric kettle are all on the first floor.
⭐ Please meet your friends in the common hall on the first floor, please do not bring your friends into the accommodation area.
⭐ Please do not eat or drink in bed, except for drinking water, but please be careful to avoid wetting the bed.
⭐ No smoking in the house. The smoking area is located on the 1st floor of the basement. Please do not smoke outside the building, otherwise you will face the risk of fines.
◆ In-room amenities
⭐ The room is equipped with lighting and charging plugs (conversion adapters are not provided).
⭐ A set of bed sheets, a mattress, a pillow, and a quilt are provided for each bed.
◆ Shower room
⭐ Large bathroom: Open from 16:00 to 22:00 for a quiet restful environment for guests. Please arrange your bathing needs reasonably within this time frame.
⭐ Bathroom on the 1st floor: To provide you with more convenient services, the bathroom on the 1st floor is open 24 hours a day, and you can freely choose the time of use according to your personal needs.
⭐ Bath towels are not provided free of charge, you can bring your own or ask the front desk to rent them. When checking out, please place the bath towel in the storage box next to the front desk.
⭐ Toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel are provided in each bathroom.
◆ Laundry area
⭐ Coin operated laundry & Dryer is on the 4th floor.
⭐ Laundry detergent can be purchased at the gacha machine on the first floor.
⭐ Coins can be exchanged at the front desk during business hours (16:00-22:00).
Other things to note
⭐ We may scan or photocopy your ID as required by Arakawa Ward Office.
⭐ Due to the design features of the capsule hotel, the space is more compact and the sound insulation effect may not be comparable to that of a traditional hotel. If you are sensitive to your sleeping environment or have high demands on your personal space, it may affect your stay. We recommend that you consider carefully to ensure the best resting environment.
