The Unit is layed out with split confirmation. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located on opposite ends of the unit for more privacy.
The unit has a great kitchen with open living space.
The location is amazing for those traveling to the Miami Beach convention center, Beaches and Lincoln Road.

Other things to note
Owner has newly replaced shower valves to correct prior review where a guest had issue with hot water in master bathroom.
