The property is large, flat, and can accommodate 3 cars. Leave your car parked during your entire visit. Steps from Main Street and Johnson's Beach via the pedestrian bridge. Numerous coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and wineries, including Korbel just 2.7 miles east. Safeway grocery store. Shopping.
The entire 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house is accessible. It is one level; however, it is 26 steps up from ground level. For the elderly and disabled guests, please note and take this into consideration.

Other things to note
Maximum number of 7 adult guests limited by county ordinance. The three bedrooms with cal king, queen, and 2 twins accommodate 6 guests. A full futon in the master bedroom accommodates 1 additional guest.
A Graco Pack 'N Play play yard is available for babies/toddlers.
Thank you for not smoking inside, or outside within 100 feet of property. Dogs (2 small or 1 large) are allowed but please advise breed, age, size, and pet's name during registration. Please clean up after them and do not leave them unattended. Please be respectful of the friendly neighbors who have friendly dogs. Please keep the black wrought iron sliding gate and green gates closed at all times. Please do not use the house towels at the beach. Beach towels provided.
There shall be no large parties. Be mindful of our neighbors and the 10 pm - 9 am quiet time required by local ordinance.
