The space
With a view of the Chiemgau Alps, located directly on a self-producer adventure farm, our high-quality furnished apartment in a modern country house style and private balcony awaits adventurous couples, families and groups of friends who finally want to feel the real moment again.
The 73 sqm apartment called "MomenteSammler", with a spacious south-facing balcony, which invites you to linger and soak up the sun, is located in a newly built farmhouse. With a brand new kitchen, 2 separate rooms, a modern large bathroom with walk-in shower and additional bathtub, as well as a spacious entrance area, this apartment awaits fun-loving guests with an extraordinary design and furnishing concept in a modern, warm country house style. The beautiful Chiemsee is just 5 minutes away!

"Live in the moment": You will not only find our life motto in the furnishings of the apartment. We ourselves know all too well from our own experience how difficult it can often be in the stress of everyday life to consciously perceive the small but so decisive moments in life, to be completely in the here and now.
That's why many small "good luck moments" await you in your MY STAY apartment: With your first cup of hand-filtered pour-over coffee, you start the day with a view of the mountains. During one of the numerous sports and leisure activities in the area, you shake off the stress and worries of everyday life and then have the opportunity to devote yourself specifically to your partner and/or family. In addition, our accommodation offers games, books and exercises for all ages, for example on the subject of mindfulness, personality development or communication. For a stay with children, there are also toys, but also useful items such as a travel or extra bed and a high table.
In the evening, you can make yourself comfortable in our king-size bed in the bedroom with hotel-quality mattresses and toppers. Two more people can sleep comfortably on the Sits queen-size bed, which you can easily transform from a designer couch into a full bed with its own slatted frame and high-quality mattress in the living room with just two handles. Here, too, the day can be reviewed wonderfully in your mind.

The topic of sustainability is important to us: Therefore, we try as far as possible to design our furnishings and consumables in the apartment from sustainable materials.
Our organic tea selection, from which you can help yourself on site free of charge, comes from the Bavarian manufacturer "Herbaria". The coffee is produced and roasted regionally in a small family business. We also refrain from using disposable items.

Other things to note
The farm shop belonging to the estate with warm lunch dishes is open from Wednesday to Saturday. Here you can buy homemade, as well as on the estate and regionally produced food, and have lunch. In the afternoon, coffee and cake on the sun terrace of the cafe/farm shop.
Farm tours take place once a week, always on Fridays at 2 pm with advance notice. Please register in the farm shop no later than 11 am on Fridays

Information on the mandatory visitor's tax of the municipality of Bernau am Chiemsee:
In Bernau am Chiemsee, the spa fee is currently € 1.50 per adult per day of stay.
Children and adolescents up to the age of 16 are exempt from the visitor's tax.
Tourist tax is not included in the nightly rate and must be paid separately on site
