A wide glass sliding window is in place facing towards the northerly view of the city, making accessibility a big advantage to this holiday home. The living room has direct access to the polished wood deck overseeing the swimming pool and tennis court. From here you can lounge on one of the many deck chairs, have a barbecue using the provided grill or even sit at the large glass table and have a beer amongst friends and family while the children play on the tennis court.
The pool and tennis court on this property are of premium quality, with a high-quality filter installed in the pool to ensure cleanliness as well as steps to ensure safety when entering and exiting the pool. A shallow end and deep end are also present, with the shallow end being at a 1.0m depth and the deep end at 1.8m. The tennis court is covered in a layer of high quality synthetic grass for a non slip experience. A high chain link fence is provided, as well as tennis rackets and high quality tennis balls, to minimise ball fetching and required luggage. Four high brightness flood lights are installed around the tennis court. to allow for night-time play. One soccer goal is also included for extra variety.
Guests will be able to access the whole property, from the Laundry accessible via the garage to the Tennis court and Pool on premises. Guests will also have full access to the entertainment equipment provided, which includes:

* Playstation 3 and AppleTV
* Soccer Ball and Aquatic Pool Toys
* Other various beach equipment
For everyday use, guests will also be able to access both dishwashers and the washing machine, as well as an outdoor grill. Detergent and bleach are both provided.

Please remember you are responsible for any additional visitors during your stay and the same rules apply to your visitors.
Keys and key safes: After the stay, all doors should be locked and all keys must be returned to the key safe they were obtained from at the beginning of the stay or a fee of $50 shall be deducted from the bond. Keys must not be forced in or the key safe may be damaged. In the event of they key safe being damaged a fee of $150 shall be deducted from the bond. Key safe codes must not be changed. In the event of a code change the key safe and their key contents will become unusable and a fee of $150 shall be deducted from the bond.
Should you accidentally damage, break or stain anything, please advise us on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) upon departure, or when the damage occurs to enable us to action / undertake repairs.
An additional fee will be charged for excessive cleaning and / or damages to restore the house to condition in which you found it. Likewise, loss of tennis balls and / or other provided equipment will incur extra fees.
Whilst we understand you may not leave the house as you found it, we do appreciate that you leave it clean and tidy upon your departure.
At a minimum we request you attend to the following before you depart:
Place all rubbish in the appropriate Council bins located in front of the garage;
Dishes are to be washed/dried and put away, or the dishwasher is to be loaded and set going;
All used towels should be placed in the shower cubicle
Keys are to be returned to the key safe
Food, valuables and personal belongings should be taken with you
ALL sports equipment and tennis balls should be returned.
