The King size Master Bedroom sleeps 2 with luxurious down bedding and natural wood flooring with a working open fireplace.
The 2nd Bedroom sleeps 4 with a mezzanine/platform King Size Bed. Also 2 single beds that are together to either make one super king bed or 2 single beds. Both with down pillows, quilts and cotton bed linen.
A clean bathroom provides a luxury hot water shower and bath with fresh bath linen for your stay.
FAMILY FRIENDLY : For families with young children and babies. A cot, a baby bath and a high chair are available upon request.
We normally let the guests access the property themselves.
We have a key safe outside the building in the basment area,The safe is located on a wooden storage cuboard door,Which is under the steps that lead down to the basement and on the right side of the building.
To open the safe you just need the pin number,
Which will be provided nr to your arrival date.
Press the key pads and then press the button above the key pads in,
If you press the wrong button and the safe dosent open,press the button under the key pads,this will reset the buttons.
Then go back upstsirs to ground level and access the building through the white front door.
The apartment is on the first floor up 2 flights of stairs,the apartment has a large foot rug in front of the door.
(There are 2 flats below the apartment. The flat door up 1 flight of stairs is the hosts annexe which I use whilst the main flat is let).

Also my neighbour deenagh who lives above the apartment on the 2nd floor is on hand to help,she can provide parking permits and can guide you and help you in if needed.She also does the cleaning and change overs.
she can also let you in by pressing the 2nd floor buzzer on the intercom panel outside the front door.
deenagh (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) door security system provides a door intercom to open the front door to the spacious building hallway. The entrance to the apartment is situated up two flights of stairs.
Interaction with guests
I am often not available,as i am in cornwall alot, working or surfing,But i am often around weekends.
Deenagh my neighbour is on hand to help,

Other things to note
Please make sure you use the extractor when ever cooking on the hob.
The central heating is on a timer and comes on at 7am to 10am.
and 4pm to 10.30pm.
If you need the temperature adjusting let us know,if it is cold we often leave the heating on low all day.
The boiler is located in the hosts annexe.
SMOKING Sorry no smoking in the building and also if you smoke outside please dont leave cigarette butts and matches on the floor,
NOISE;Please try to walk and talk quietly when in the hallway,Especially if you are in a group and even more so if its after 9pm as other people live in other apartments

Hi I've just renovated my flat and am new to hosting
