A unique listed building in the heart of Alnwick. The Malthouse was converted from an old whiskey distillery. This immaculate 1 bedroom property offers all amenities required for a relaxing getaway.

Less than 1 minute walk to multiple supermarkets, pubs and restaurants & 5 minute walk to Alnwick Castle.

This self-contained Duplex benefits from a private entrance and parking for 1 car. (additional free parking + Public EV charging points are just outside the property in the adjoining carpark)

The space
Bedroom:
Compromising of a luxurious king size bed, walk in wardrobe and 45” smart TV (with Netflix). We offer a selection of pillows to make sure you have the most comfortable stay. Prior to arrival, we will offer you a choice from the following:
• Memory foam pillows
• Goose feather pillows
• Full forever pillows


Kitchen/Living Area
A large open space complete with a dishwasher, combi-washer dryer, fridge/freezer, oven, electric hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. All cooking essentials are provided including cooking oil, salt and pepper. Tea, coffee, sugar and hot chocolate are also included.

In the living area you will find an extra comfy 3 seater leather sofa that folds into a sofa bed in a matter of seconds. There is also an armchair, 55” smart TV (Netflix & Disney+) and board games (including Harry Potter trivial pursuit and monopoly). HDMI cables are routed from the wall so that you can plug your own games console/other in.

Bathroom:
Complete to a very high standard, includes a powerful shower, toilet and wash basin (hairdryer located in bedroom).

Parking:
There is free allocated parking for 1 vehicle directly outside the house. Nearby there is further parking for additional cars, which is free with a local parking disc displayed (1x disc provided at the property).

EV Charging points are located in the additional parking (pictured). The EV Charging points are publicly owned by Northumberland County Council, not privately owned by The Malthouse.
