The fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing Sunday brunches and delicious dinners, and the apartment also features two full bathrooms with a shower, bathtub as well as a toilet and a washbasin.
The apartement is located on the 4th floor (elevator) of a so called „Gründerzeit“ building from 1904 on a quite, cobblestoned, treelined sidestreet in the middle of the famous historic Bötzowviertel. Moreover it features a nice balcony, overlooking the area.
In the master bedroom you'll find a big king size double bed.
In one of the large reception rooms we've got a sofa bed, which is very comfortable and big enough for two people (200x140 cm).
Moreover the flat features a single bed (200x80 cm) in the smallest room, the study. In case it's needed, there is another soft and small sleepsofa in the study, which can be used for kids to sleep on.

Besides I'm happy to help with every kind of question via telephone or email.
Other things to note
How to get there by public transport: take the tram M4 from U/S Berlin Alexanderplatz. After 5 minutes you reach "Hufelandstrasse". Get off here and walk along the Hufelandstrasse for 200 meters. Make a left into the Esmarchstrasse and you will find "26" after 40 meters on your right.
A taxi from Alexanderplatz costs around 7 or 8 Euros.
As the flat is fitted with antiques and designfurniture, we ask you to pay extra care, as if all these things were your very own. Please treat the flat and everything in it respectfully. Please don't put any hot or wet items (glasses/cups/pots) on top of oiled wooden surfaces (kitchen) or the period furniture. This will leave stains immediately. If this accidentally happens, please don't use detergents or wet cloths. Simply try to wipe it softly with a dry cloth.
The flat is a non smoker flat.
Kids should feel welcome here.
Please refrain from smoking.
The old wooden floor boards are made of quite soft wod. Hence wearing high heel shoes leaves dents. We must ask you not to wear heels inside the flat. Ideally no shoes inside the flat. During winter grit is used in Berlin to keep sideways free of ice. The tiny stones (grit) tend to stick on the soles of the shoes and they leave wholes in the flooring.
No pets please.
Children are explicetly welcome.
Please be aware that the window sills in Berlin period buildings are quite low. Therefore please pay extra care NOT leaning out of the window. Especially when kids are around, prefer opening the upper windows
