Upon entering Kekokua Cottage enjoy the vaulted ceilings and open floor plan which allows the living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen to flow together--great for cooking and entertaining! The kitchen includes all of the amenities you could expect at home, including a full size refrigerator, electric stove, oven, and dishwasher. The living room and dining room are the perfect space to lounge with the family, play a game of cards and enjoy an evening movie. Within, the space boasts a tropical decor, and a living area with glass sliders that open up to the lanai. The beautiful lanai is furnished with a gas BBQ, comfortable furniture and table for four with umbrella.
Up to six guests can comfortably stay in the cottages three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a luxurious tub and shower. The second master and the third bedroom both have queen beds. All three bedrooms have been decorated in soothing, cool and neutral tones.
Kamilo's neighborhood has been designed to offer its residents and guest's magnificent mountain and golf course views. There are two pools within the community, the lagoon pool perfect for kids and the formal pool which has wonderful cabanas to enjoy life's quieter moments. Kamilo's expansive outdoor space also has a fully outfitted fitness center for all to enjoy.
While staying in Kekakua Cottage you'll be conveniently close by to gourmet restaurants, shopping, beaches water adventures and tours. The closest grocery store is just five minutes away at the Mauna Lani Shops and the luxury boutiques and bistros of the Waikoloa King and Queen Shops are just a 10-minute drive from the cottage.

The property is located in a new subdivision. Because of this, there is now construction that is going on in the neighborhood that occurs from 8am-3pm. This is scheduled to be done approximately in March/April.
Nightly rates do not include all taxes and fees that must be charged. Please contact us for accurate pricing. Incorporated in the cleaning fee is our $50 reservation fee and a $49 Vacation Rental Damage Protection Fee.
This unit has a Central AC system throughout the cottage with one thermostat. It should not be set below 70° Fahrenheit. Please help us conserve electricity and turn the temperature up when leaving the unit.
