Simple and cozy accommodation, with an excellent location. Walking you will find banks, supermarket, restaurants, doctor's office, laundry, bus stop to the hotel area or ADO (towards Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, etc.), Gran Plaza and Plaza Americas.

The space
The accommodation is located in a series of condominiums (not private) which allows you to reach banks such as BBVA, SCOTIABANK, BANORTE, SANTANDER, BANAMEX among others, as well as a food area (pizzas, hamburgers, tacos, birria, etc.) pharmacies, doctor's office, squares and supermarkets, the accommodation is located on the 3rd floor and we do not have an elevator (important to take into account especially for people with little mobility)

It consists of two bedrooms, both with double beds and rooms with A/C, a living room with TV and internet, air conditioning and fans, a dining room with 4 chairs, a kitchen with cooking utensils, a two-door refrigerator, a tempered glass gas stove with 5 burners and hot water.

Other things to note
Nearby you can take transportation to the hotel zone or the ADO that will take you to Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Chichenitzá, Riviera Maya, Xcaret, Chichenitza and tourist attractions.

Likewise, if you return from Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos or the Riviera Maya, there is a van that passes near the apartment.
