The space

This is a lovely, contemporary two bed, two bath flat set within in a quiet residential street. The space includes a master bedroom with en suite, another double bedroom (picture is coming - I am just changing the layout slightly) a family bathroom with shower over bath, fully integrated kitchen with all expected essentials plus dishwasher and washer/dryer and a lounge area of good size, with coffee table, tv and a two and three seater reclining sofa.

Included in the price will be sky tv, incl sports (but not BT sport I'm afraid), hi speed wifi and all house-related bills. The kitchen is well stocked with croakier, pots & pans, space in the fridge/freezer, washing detergents etc.

Neighbours are very friendly and will not bother you at all, but will be welcoming should you bump in to them on the stairs, and helpful if you need any assistance at all.

The flat is secure, with a locked front door to the block and separately locked front door to the flat itself. Intercom used for outside visitors to the flat.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire flat. There is a bin store joined to the building which is used for rubbish disposal - collection is weekly. There is also a designated parking space for the flat which you can use as well as ample visitors parking right out the front.

Interaction with guests

I will not be in Swinon during your stay, but will be available by phone at any point. I only work in London, so can come back at relatively short notice if necessary. Helpfully, though, I have two brothers living separately within 5 minutes of the flat and my parents are only twenty minutes away too, so there will be no shortage of support if it is required during your stay.

Swindon train station - 15 minutes by car. Approx £8 by taxi
Swindon town centre - 15 minutes by car
M4 (Junction 15) - 10 minutes by car
Cirencester - 20 minutes by car

Nationwide Building Society - various premises but approximately 30 minutes by car to Nationwide House on Pipers Way. It's only about 8 miles away but the traffic can be high depending on time of travel
Intel - Pipers Way approx 30 minutes by car. Description as above
WH Smith - 25 minutes by car
Great Western Hospital - 20 minutes by car

We are within ten minutes walking distance (2 minute drive) to an out of town retail park which includes an ASDA superstore, DW fitness and sports shop, M&S, Homebase, NEXT, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, petrol station, Starbucks, Costa and others.

Good quiet location, really close to the m4 etc, and a large asda walmart superstore. loads of parking. non restricted. comfy, spacious 2 double bed flat. all amenities looked good, although i can't comment on the kitchen as i didn't use it, but it was all clean and tidy.

Cameron was there to welcome me and showed me round the flat. It was all pretty much as expected in this new build area of Swindon. It was very quiet and I heard no noise from neighbouring flats. A pleasant stay.

I stayed in Cameron's flat for almost three weeks. I was very happy with it. It was spacious, clean, good kitchen, car space. Cameron was very friendly and helpful and the whole arrangement was low stress. The flat is in north Swindon which made access to the A419 and the M4 easy.
