WELCOME TO A UNIQUE PLACE, A TYPICAL PAVILION IN THE HEART OF PARIS, a few steps from the Champs-Élysées, the most beautiful Avenue in the World and the Georges V metro.

The location is perfect for visiting PARIS center on foot or by metro, no need for a car. Between 10 or 15 minutes from all centers of interest: Eiffel Tower, museums, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Latin Quarter, Montmartre,…

All shops are accessible directly within a few steps of the accommodation.

The space
Very quiet, located in a charming, typically Parisian paved interior courtyard, the pavilion is a haven of peace in the middle of the city, without the inconvenience of street noise.

An entire pavilion on 2 levels, (Ground Floor, 1st floor) with interior elevator and air conditioning.
Redesigned by an architect and a decorator, the Pavillon Ponthieu has rooms which all have a bathroom, a television and a wardrobe. The materials and furniture are of high quality to offer you a comfortable stay.

Fully automated, the Pavillon Ponthieu has exclusive access for you. High-speed Internet, televisions in each room, air conditioning.
In the entrance hall you have a secure SAS, to drop off your luggage if you arrive early, or leave after 10 AM.

- 1 bedroom with quality double bed, private shower room
- 1 bedroom with bunk beds.

GROUND FLOOR
1. THE LARGE BLUE ROOM, on the left in the corridor, is adapted to people with disabilities. It is spacious and very luminous with a large bay window. The large queen size bed and bathroom with toilet are perfectly suited to people with reduced mobility (wheelchairs).

2. THE BIRD ROOM: on the right of the corridor, the children's bedroom which has comfortable bunk beds. Its private bathroom is located at the end of the corridor. Toilets are upstairs (guest toilets).

3. THE SAND ROOM, the third in the corridor, has a queen size bed, bathroom and private toilets.

At the end of the corridor, a stairway and silent lift provide access to the floor above.

4. THE BEIGE ROOM, has a double bed and a private bathroom.

THE LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM benefit from the light of the large windows on the first floor.
The living space is spacious. A video projector offering a choice of over 300 films in several different languages.

The LARGE TABLE in the dining room can accommodate 8 people. It is right next to the FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with all the equipment and numerous kitchen appliances to prepare dinners with family, friends, or tasty breakfasts.

If you you prefer to try out all the local restaurants for your meals, you will have to return to Le Pavillon Ponthieu regularly ! We would appreciate.
