Explore the beauty of nature in this astonishing mountain top lake with a breathtaking view. Our island offers an ambiance of a peaceful country setting where you can experience serenity away from your busy life.

This twin hut is in addition to the nipa hut that we originally had. For reviews on the place, please refer to Greenvalley listing to have a feel of how we take care of our guests;) have fun!

The space

This hut is what we refer to as a twin hut which can sleep 6-10pax each: 2 bunk beds and an extra mattress. So if you'll rent both huts, it can accommodate a maximum of 20pax. the hut is very simple, nothing grand. we just want you to focus more on nature.

We also have 2 cabanas overlooking the lake.

If you want to ensure that you will be the only guests in the island, we will gladly block the calendar for a fee of $200 which will entitle you to a total of 20 guests.

Please see our other listing under greenvalley.

There is a small native dining hall across the nipa hut where you can enjoy the meals that you have prepared or you can ask our caretaker to cook them for you at a small fee.

We have a fire pit at the top most portion of the island where you can enjoy grilling hotdogs or marshmallows under the star-lit skies.

Experience dining at our floating cabana which also serves as our launch pad for swimming. We strictly adhere to a "no-life vest, no-swimming policy" since safety is our foremost concern. Life vests will be provided for those who intend to swim.

We have solar electricity good for lighting and charging your gadgets. If you want to stay connected with the outside world, we will provide you with a wi-fi.

The island is an animal friendly environment...we have 2 horses, 1 carabao, 4 turkeys and chickens roaming around. However, we will ensure that you will not be bothered by them during your stay.

You are free to bring your own pets if you wish, they, too, deserve a vacation.

By the way, please keep in mind that staying outdoors would also mean welcoming nature's harmless creatures...some frogs here and there, flies and insects. I guess it comes with Nature;)

Guest access

Feel free to roam around the whole island and enjoy every corner of it. The fire pit and floating cabanas are common areas, so are the showers and restrooms.

We would appreciate though if you will refrain from throwing anything on the ground since we are trying to preserve the area...

Interaction with guests

Ate Amy and Kuya Lito are our caretakers. They will be there to assist you during your stay. However, their assistance will not include cleaning up your dishes or washing your clothes. They will only ensure that you get to and out of the island safely, provide you with clean drinking water, life vests, wood for the bonfire (upon request) or help you with other activities you would want to engage in while in the lake.

Other things to note

The following are included in the rates:
1. Use of life vest
2. Use of floating cabana
3. Mineral water
4. Ice chest

The following are NOT included in the fees:
1. Boat rides going to and out of the island during check in/out. You will pay directly to the boatman and the cost is P250 per trip. The boat can accommodate up to 20pax. please note that boat rides will only be up to 6pm for safety purposes.

The following shall be charged:
1. Horseback riding - P100/15mins
2. bonfire - P100 per bundle of wood
3. Island hopping - P500
4. Boating (with 2 paddles) - P200/hour

Guests are not allowed to make fire on the ground except on the fire pit. We hope that you understand our concern in keeping the place green. We will provide you with a grill if you intend to cook beside your tent or any other area.

No life vest- no swimming policy. However, we will be lending you life vests for free. We have 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets (common).

We use solar-power energy so you can't use 220v. However, whatever you can charge in your car, you can also charge there.

Shared kitchen. No hot showers.

Worth checking. Place is serene as advertised. Make sure that you request for new pillowcases and bedsheets. Bring off lotion too. Their floating house is really a cool place to hang out in. And their bonfire area is a good place to bond with family and friends.

We held our m building here and all of us were very happy that we chose this place. I booked the place and I know na sobrang makulit ako sa pagtatanong, Mam Ibeth was so nice, kahit anung oras even sa gabi nirereply nya agad mga messages ko. The place is relaxing and clean. Even yung toilet hindi ka magdadalwang isip na gamitin sa sobrang linis. The bed and pillows are also malimis, we felt like we are sleeping in our own bed. Ang naging problem lang namen is outlet ng kuryente, though there is enough light and e-fans are provided, lahat ng saksakan is usb type. But the rest is superb :)

Ibeth's place to my family is like staying in a paradise. If you are a nature lover like my family, you will love her place. We fell in love the moment we step foot on the island. Everything was just so perfect! Everything is so serene and green. The kids were so excited exploring the island. It was their first time to see fireflies too. We loved swimming in the lake and even took one of their dogs, Happy to swim with us.The kids loved their stay at the twin huts. The caretakers, Ate Amy and Kuya Lito made our stay even better. We only stayed overnight but it felt like a week for my family and our friends. We promised Ate Amy that we will visit them again next month or in August.

Love this place so much ❤

Had the best time staying there for two days. We enjoyed everything it has to offer. We also had a good chat with the caretakers that it makes the place homey too. It was peaceful and quiet and safe and the water is enjoyable to swim at. Must come back.

We had lotsa fun in the island. Great place to commune with nature. The caretakers were very warm and accommodating. We even had relaxing massage in the evening. My only concern were flies all over the kitchen so I hope that's something they can work on. Overall, it's a wonderful stay for me and my team! :)
