A 1 bedroom flat called “Solana” means sunshine. It is light and spacious, simple and a practical space to come home to for couples wanting quality time and for travelers after a long or short haul flight.

The space
Solana is on the 8th floor. It is island inspired, simple and straightforward. The space is best suited for couples, I host adults only. Please note that I do not allow infants or children, as the space is not suitable for them. For highly sound-sensitive sleepers, please note that this building is in a prime location, and this unit faces the street. Expect normal traffic noise at any time.

There is Netflix but you need to use your own account.

It has a spacious kitchen, a dining area that can serve as a work space due to its decent size, a comfortable living area with a flat screen tv w/ Netflix, a simple toilet with hot/cold shower, and a cozy bedroom nook. The bedroom and living room area both have city view floor to ceiling windows.

Please note that the unit is equipped with a standard residential air conditioning system designed for normal cooling. Guests expecting exceptionally cold or freezer-like room temperatures may find the cooling level different from their expectations.

Guest access
Our guests can access the building’s facilities namely the gym area located on the 2nd floor and the pool area at the ground floor. Enjoy your time but kindly be mindful of rules.

Other things to note
For your convenience, I have placed a an information booklet that would be of use during your stay. I highly recommend for guests to read it, trust me, it’s worth your time.
Needing to launder your clothes? I can give our usual laundry shop’s contact number, though please take note that it takes them 2-3 days or more to deliver your clothing. Feel free to directly inquire from them. In addition, in cases of damages and any other concerns, kindly coordinate with the shop itself, I am not held responsible for any transactions made.
