First of all...Lorenzo's place is absolutely perfect. The location is great. If you want to experience Italy there's no better place to do it. The village is so Italian, it's almost cliche. Everyone is very nice and helpful. The village dog is friendly...if you bribe him with mortadella. Lorenzo is a great host. Extremely helpful, always available and a great source for insider tips. I can only recommed Lorenzo and hist place. One of the best holidays we ever had. The place was also super clean and well stocked. Thanks Lorenzo.

Lorenzo's apartment is beautiful. He has really taken the care to set it up in a way that makes you feel welcome and comfortable. It's in a very small village and a car is a must, there are no shops or restaurants in easy walking distance. Lorenzo was very accommodating and friendly, he gave us many tips for places to visit in Umbria and Tuscany that were really great.

What an amazing location and home! Lorenzo is a gracious and accommodating host. (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps sent us to the entirely wrong location and we did not have GPS to redirect us. We had a few communication errors when we called the host, he thought we were at one location and we thought he was going to meet us but it all worked out. Lorenzo drove 20 minutes out of the way to meet us and lead us back to the apartment. The village and location are stunning. It is so quiet and peaceful. There is a well stocked kitchen and the furnishings are very comfortable. We wish we could have stayed a few more nights to really explore and enjoy the Umbria countryside.

A lovely warm welcome from Lorenzo, the house is set in a beautiful small village. The whole experience doesn't get any more Italian than this - lovingly restored house with great views from the back windows. Only around 80 souls live in the village - we met 6 of them and they were really friendly. Lorenzo suggested some great places to visit and tips about the area. There were leaflets and maps which helped us to find our way around and make the most of our time there. This is a typical old fashioned Italian village, window boxes overflowing with flowers and small quiet spots to sit in. Comfortable bed with views of the countryside from your pillow through the traditional small shuttered window with tiny lace panels. Waking up to that is just amazing.

Lorenzo was a great host, able to provide precious informations and tips for all the things we wanted to see in the area and/or sweet places to eat and have a drink. The house is absolutely fantastic, very clean and tidy. The village itself is a secret spot out of time. Definitely recommended!
