This apartment was nice, but our experience with this management company was less than optimal. We arrived, checked in and were given a key to our apartment. When we entered the unit, we found that the apartment had already been rented- someone else's things were all over the unit. The management company had no record of this and kept saying that this could not be possible. After much back and forth with the management company, they were finally able to figure out the issue and gave us another unit in the building (unfortunately not on the penthouse level that we had originally paid for ). We never received an apology, and no discount was issued for this headache.
