Come and experience quiet and beauty, while living like a local in the new Zululami Luxury Coastal Estate. The guest suite flatlet is a self contained apartment attached to our home. It has its own entrance from the outside. It has been designed with comfort and elegance in mind. The guest suite offers beautiful sea views and overlooks the new Seaton Estate, with beach access a short drive away.

The space
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, a full en-suite bathroom, with a bath and a shower.
Attached to the main room is a separate lounge and a kitchen area, with a two plate gas hob, and a combination convection oven/ microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook a meal.

The TV is loaded with Apple TV, Netflix, dstv stream, and Amazon Prime.
There is a small dining area outside.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a second en-suite bathroom with a shower. This second bedroom is accessed from outside, but is next door to the main bedroom and lounge area.

All spaces have high speed wifi.

Guest access
Guests have their own patio area and a small garden area, that is fenced in. Guests have full access to the clubhouse, Fika restaurant ( open daily for breakfasts, lunches and dinners) and swimming pools within the estate. Guests may use the swimming pool in the house garden by arrangement.

Other things to note
Please note that Zululami Estate requires an onboarding process to allow access for short term rentals. The guest will be required to sign a short agreement notifying them of the rules of the estate and will need to provide the Estate with a copy of their drivers license for access. This information needs to be provided 5 working days before arrival.

My work: Art conservator.
I am a busy mum of teenagers, married to JP. We are working professionals, both fortunate enough to work remotely in our beautiful location. I work in the art world and JP is a mechanical engineer. Opposites do attract! We are nature and exercise enthusiasts, and love running, mountain biking, diving, free diving and are both very well traveled.
