Hilary is a very kind and thoughtful host. This was our first Airbnb where we stayed at someone's home rather than a place used for rentals and I was a bit uncertain how I would feel but it was fine - it felt like a friend had let us stay in their place. The apartment is lovely and in a great location. A flat walk into beautiful Bradford on Avon and on the same road as our favourite tearoom! Hilary had left us some items such as milk etc which was very thoughtful and we were grateful for. The little garden is absolutely beautiful and would be great to sit in the warmer months. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable and we all slept very well (I am a terrible sleeper usually!) My husband and son were attending a sporting event in the area and Hilary very kindly let me and my daughter stay past check out time which we very much appreciated as we could hang around for them in comfort! A couple of things to note - the apartment is listed as family friendly (and is) but there are a few lovely ornaments around which would make me nervous if I had small children in case the ornaments etc got damaged. It was listed as having a chest of drawers but they were marked private. It didn't matter to us but if you were going for a longer stay it's something to be aware of - there was hanging space available though. All in all we had a fab stay and would love to stay again in the future. Thank you Hilary!

We had a really enjoyable stay at Hilary's flat. It's a great place to be based and we really enjoyed exploring Bradford-on-Avon and the nearby river and canal.

Very comfortable apartment, and close to a good selection of restaurants and pubs. The canal offers great walking and cycling options to visit Devizes or Bath.

Really lovely flat in a pretty and quiet area close to the town - would definitely recommend. We stayed here for a weekend visit to Bath and it was a great location - walking distance to the centre of town and the train station, which has easy and quick connections to Bath. Hilary is a great host and takes good care of her guests, for example providing food for breakfast and milk for tea. She also gave us lots of helpful information about things to do in the area.

The apartment was well presented, and cosy, equipped with everything we needed. The host left breakfast for us, and the bed was very comfortable. Gorgeous area, quiet, scenic, short walk to catch the train into Bath. We came for the Bath festival and had a fabulous stay.

We stayed for 3 nights over a long weekend to explore the local area. The flat was located a short and scenic walk from the village centre and the parking space next to the entrance was ideal. Pretty garden, comfy bed and a handy welcome pack. We'd definitely stay again!

Really nice place to stay. Stayed with wife and 9 yr old son. We all had a relaxed time. The house is very well maintained, beautifully decorated, well stocked kitchen and a comfy bed. Really cant find any fault with the accommodation. Its situated in very quite neighborhood in the beautiful town of Bradford upon Avon. we stayed here to visit Bath which is a beautiful 20 min drive along the countryside road. Definitely recommend this accommodation.
