Hi. We are Ian and Carola. We are located just 5 minutes from the city center. We offer a lovely sunny room (Double bed), and quiet garden retreat. Please be aware that our location does not suit guests who are solely reliant on public transport. Due to our location you will need to have access to a vehicle, and free secure parking is available here.
We offer a lovely sunny room (Double bed), quiet garden retreat, an outdoor covered sunroom and off-road secure car parking. Our aim is to make your stay with us as pleasant and enjoyable as possible and we look forward to having you as our guest(s).
You will have full access to one sunny double bedroom and shared (with your hosts) bathroom. Tea and coffee are available on request and we are also able to provide meals by arrangement, but please note that we do not allow access to the kitchen for cooking. Wine and champagne glasses are also available on request. Please be aware that our location does not suit guests who are solely reliant on public transport. Interaction with guests
All of Rotorua's attractions are no more than 20 minutes away, and as residents of Rotorua we are able to give you helpful guidance in exploring our lovely city.

The premises are offer high security, fully fenced, gate locked at night and with a monitored alarm system.

There are two of us.We are Ian and Carola. We are both retired and now live in wonderful Rotorua.
Ian is a retired Health and Safety Officer and Carola is an Early childhood educator who still enjoys part time "nannying".
Ian loves painting and woodwork playing the guitar and mandolin, singing and looking after people.
Carola enjoys all handcrafts.
We both enjoy gardening and cooking.
Carola speaks English,German Dutch and Afrikaans.
Ian manages to exist on just English!
