4. Parking: You’re assigned one covered parking space, number 343. It is located directly in front of the condo. All covered parking spaces are assigned to residents. Any additional vehicles should be parked in any open uncovered space

5.Housekeeping: There is no housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, maid service is not included in the rental rate.
6. Hot Tub: Children under the age of 14 are NOT permitted in the hot tub, with nor without an adult. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk. Pool keepers sanitize, and replenish chemicals. When finished using the hot tub, please cover
7. Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented electric log firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace. The remote control should be kept on the shelf above the fireplace. It has 3 settings; light only, heat only, or both light and heat. Please keep objects away from the front at all times, to avoid damages.
8. Toilets: will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged damages.
9 .Storms: Storms are hard and short lived usually. Please be sure patio screen is rolled up during each storm.
10. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
11. Jetted Tub: in Master en suite. Use caution when using jetted tub. DO NOT allow your hair near the water exit jet! If using bubble bath, add only two drops as a time, else you will soon find a huge amount of bubbles as jets stir.
12. Noise: Please be mindful of the comfort of your neighbors in regard to the amount of noise you generate.
13. Trash: Recycle and garbage should be separated into their respective containers in the parking lot. Do not use trash bags for recycle, and please break boxes down.
14. Grilling: is only permitted in pool area, not on second floor balconies.

We stayed in the condo for a month & I will honestly say it exceeded our expectations when we broke it. We have stayed in many condos throughout the years on vacations all over the world & this was one of the best values we ever had.

The apartment was gorgeous & very comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need. It's also in a perfect location! It's close to the freeway, and is easy to get into Phoenix and surrounding areas. Trish & JR are great! During my stay they were very responsive and quick to fix any problem that arose.
