Quiet townhouse, 5 minutes walk from the town centre. 3 Bedrooms (1 double, 2 singles) sleeps 3/4 people. Shower /washroom /toilet on ground floor only.
Self catering with full kitchen, Garden, Woodburner fire, Shed for bicycles, parking for 2 cars on the driveway. 3mins walk from Waitrose supermarket and 5 mins from the historic town centre.

The space
"Laurie's End" is a 1930s end of terrace townhouse, modernised to bring in light and air using sun-tubes and an open-plan ground floor with big rear windows/door to its pretty garden. Warm and cosy year round with wood-burner fire (supplied with wood) plus gas central heating and fast WiFi.

Guest access
The entire house and its garden, excluding only the summerhouse and a shed (available by prior arrangement for bike storage) in garden, our locked linen storage in bedroom1 and a cupboard in kitchen.

Other things to note
Toilet and shower-room are on the ground floor.
The lounge has a double sofa and single recliner chair, giving seating for 3 people plus a foldaway chair.
Friendly next-door neighbour has a right of way around the side and rear of our house for dustbin collection etc. but the garden and patio is for your private use only.

The house is on a quiet back road and we have a good relationship with our neighbours which we value and whom we wish to protect from disturbance. The house is furnished to be our future home.
