• Check-in: 3:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM
• Unauthorized late check-out: AED 500
• Remaining after 12:00 PM without approval: Additional AED 1,000
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be pre-approved; additional charges may apply
🔑 Check-in Process
• Self check-in is available
• Security/Reception team is at the lobby 24/7 and will assist you with check-in.
📄 Guest Registration (Mandatory)
• Passport or GCC ID copies must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to arrival
• Access will not be granted until registration is completed (Dubai Tourism requirement)
📝 Damage & Liability
• Guests must sign a damage agreement prior to check-in
• Any damage must be reported and resolved through Airbnb or security deposit
• Guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs
🔐 Lost or Damaged Items
• Access Card: AED 550
• Parking Card: AED 550
• Physical Key (if provided): AED 100
• Lockout / Call-Out Assistance: AED 200
🚭 No Smoking
• Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited
• Violation will result in a fine of up to AED 3,000
🎉 Guest Conduct
• No parties, events, loud music, or unauthorized visitors
• Violation may result in immediate eviction without refund and/or a fine of up to AED 2,000
🔇 Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Guests must keep noise to a minimum during this time to respect neighbors
🛏️ Linen Damage Charges (Irremovable Stains)
• Towels: AED 50 each
• Pillow Covers: AED 50 each
• Bed Sheets: AED 100 each
• Excessive mess or damage may incur additional cleaning or repair fees
📸 Reporting Issues
• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of check-in with photo or video evidence
• Issues reported after this period or after check-out will not be eligible for compensation
👶 Baby Crib
• Baby crib is available upon request
• Subject to availability and must be requested in advance
📷 Property Use
• The apartment is for short-term residential use only
• Commercial use, filming, or photo shoots are not permitted without written approval
📜 Legal Compliance
• Guests must comply with all Dubai laws and community regulations
• Non-compliance may result in eviction and notification of authorities
🧳 Lost & Found
• Items left behind will be stored for up to 30 days
• Unclaimed items will be disposed of thereafter
• Perishable items will be disposed of immediately
⏳ Same-Day Bookings
• Please allow 2–3 hours after the previous guest’s check-out for cleaning and inspection
• Guests will be notified once the apartment is ready
