Our family stayed there a week and it was absolutely perfect location for us. The house was beautiful and we liked how spacious it was we all felt we had privacy and we didn't have to fight over bathrooms (we were 8 people & a baby). The town was everything we were looking for, tourist friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. There was mosquitoes but with A/C & mosquitoes net it wasn't too bad. Roch was easy to communicate with and always replied quickly. We would like to thank him for accommodating us with a portable crib for our 11 month old. We would also like to thank Kenza for showing us everything around the house. We all enjoyed our trip to Martinique and we plan to come back and would rent this place again in a heartbeat. I would definitely recommend this host for anyone looking for a great house in an amazing part of town. Everything was of reasonable walking distance (beach, Creole Village with stores & restaurants, pharmacy, doctor, etc...). There was also a ferry shuttle that departs from the beach to F-D-F which is super convenient only takes 20mins and that way no need to drive and get caught in traffic then find a place to park).

We really enjoyed our stay here. The best parts are the location and the view. Two minute walk to a bakery and three or four restaurants, and another few minutes walk to Point du Bout, which has sightseeing options (e.g., dive shop, snorkeling sail trip), the port, and another dozen restaurants. The view out the back is terrific! The gardens are lovely, and the pool was wonderful. This was our first house that we rented via AirBnB, so we're not sure if it's usual to have to provide a lot of little things yourself (e.g., salt and pepper, toilet paper, and not that many glasses, bowls, etc.). As others mentioned, the beds aren't very comfortable or large. And more interior photos are needed (e.g., of the bathroom that has a partition rather than a wall). But it's a pretty spacious house. We spent a lot of time on the back deck and the pool. Do be prepared for mosquitoes--the mosquito nets for the beds are great but it's impossible to keep them out of the house. The owner's agent Kenza is wonderfully helpful! Trois-ilets is a fun area, so we really enjoyed using this house as our base from which to explore Martinique! Thanks again!

Response from Roch:
We are a little bit surprised at Jeff's comment as everything was done for them to have a nice stay at home : About beds: they are standard sizes in Europe and France (190x140cm for the Queen beds) and 190x90cm for the small single bed and it is true that we do not apply the standard "king size" that can be found more often in the USA.On comfort, we cannot say anything because the feeling is different according to the clients: some think it's perfect, others are more critical. About the toilet paper and other basic utilities: we affirm on the honour that systematically we provide a copy to the entry in the places, and each customer is invited to renew what he would run out to ensure the end of his stay. Salt has escaped our vigilance at the start of previous customers. I'm sorry for that. On the other hand, there are altogether 27 glasses and 8 bowls for various use (milk, chocolate, etc...) and a dozen small cups enough to meet the needs of 8 people. This comment really surprised us. We hope however that you will again choose our House to stay and that based on this first experience, your experience will be better. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and all our best wishes for the year 2017 . Thanks you !

We were a group of 7 (3 couples and 1 single) and this house accommodated us comfortably. It is in a very convenient and safe location where you could walk to restaurants, bars, and casino within minutes. We were also able to drive to the best beaches in Martinique relatively quickly. Each of the bedrooms had an A/C that worked very well, thankfully. The best part of the house is the pool and garden area in the backyard. We spent an entire fabulous day just enjoying this part of the property. That said, the beds and bed pillows were pretty uncomfortable and it took everyone at least one night of tough sleep to adjust. We also wished the living room and patio furniture were more comfortable. If you're a big group, there's nowhere to really lounge comfortably which was tough after a long day of exploring the island. Overall we had a very lovely time here. With the few necessary improvements as mentioned above, it would have been perfect.

Response from Roch:
