Other things to note

We also have a separate annex bedroom with one full and one twin bed, which can only be rented in conjunction with rental of the in house bedroom. Annex room has a/c and is heated in cooler months. Please inquire for seasonal rate.
This is our residence, so we expect guests to respect the antiques and not leave wet towels, bathing suits and drinking glasses on them. Cotuit is a quiet village, so loud partying late at night would not please our neighbors.
We love our historic house that has been in Margy's family since 1848. We love history, lead the village historical book club and are avid readers. Margy loves to quilt and cook and Rick teaches a course on FDR and loves decoys and first day covers. In the summer we go out on our boat to the island in our harbor and go clamming and work in our flower and vegetable gardens. We look forward to sharing this special seaside village with you and hearing about your travels.
