Our location:
• Located 25 minutes away to the Las Americas International Airport (SDQ). Close to supermarkets as Bravo and Ole. We are 15 minutes away to shopping malls, bars, and restaurants. Also 35 minutes away to the Boca Chica beach.

This is an exclusive residential. The neighbor´s tranquility and privacy are our priority. Please, always respect our house rules in the common spaces.

• The jacuzzi in the terrace is a common area, so all our guests can have access to this space.
• Lost keys require an extra fee of a $100 US (Dollars).
