It can accomodate up to 2 pax, it has been recently renovated, on blue and green coloured ceramic, cotto on the floor. There is a cosy bedroom with a queen bed, a curtain and a corridor separates the sleeping from living area. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, the leaving with sofa bed (on request I provide extra linen also for 2 guests that don't want to share the bed), table with chairs, a wardrobe, tv, and a open kitchen: microvawe, kettle, table, tv. Also free internet wifii access, air conditioning, central heating, washing machine, iron and hairdryer.
10 mins walking from tram stop that leads to Trastevere station and Largo Argentina (via del Corso, Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona...)
final cleaning (weekly linen and towels changing),

This is a ground floor flat in the heart of Trastevere but in a little street without bars or restaurants which is a big benefit, also because most of the buildings in Trastevere don't have lift.
Please respect common silence rules and rubbish recycling collecting hours.
Please don't clean the floor with toilet towels!
Tourist tax must be paid on arrival cash, 3.50 per person per day.
