Coqueto apartment 2 minutes from the metro and 3 minutes from the train station. In 7 minutes by subway you can be in the center of Bilbao. Newly renovated and decorated, with open spaces that will make you enjoy the company. A few steps from the main street where you can find all kinds of shops, banks, supermarkets and bars. But in turn, it's far enough away to enjoy peace of mind. For your arrival, you will have coffee, tea, milk, juice and cookies .

The space
Our cozy 53m2 apartment is fully refurbished and premiered. It is located in Basauri, province of Vizcaya and Gran Bilbao region. By car, you will reach the center of Bilbao in 9 minutes (7min. by metro), downtown San Sebastian in 1 hour and 45 minutes and in 1 hour you will be in Vitoria.

Parking is free and nearby. For the unloading of luggage, you can park in front of the access to the house.

However, to get to the center of Bilbao it is advisable to make use of the metro, which is 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, in front of a playground with small landscaped green areas.

Guest access
The apartment, located in the first floor of a building without an elevator, is offered complete for the enjoyment and privacy of the huépedes.

The stay has a fully equipped kitchen and connected in an open space with the living room, separated by an elegant American bar where you can enjoy your well-deserved breakfast. The living room is equipped with a 42"Smart TV and a comfortable chaise-long couch.

In the background, two bedrooms with a capacity for 3 guests. The first, on the left hand with a spacious closet, 150 double bed, and remote controlled area.
On the second you will find two 90 beds and a clothes and shoes organizer, which you can also use to leave your suitcase comfortably.

Finally, a bathroom with shower. Hot water works through a 50l electric thermos: once fully depleted, just wait 75 minutes for the water to warm up again, so it is recommended to space out showers in time.

Other things to note
Use the public elevator to go up and down from the apartment to the main street so you can save the stairs. This one will take you in front of the subway's mouth just steps from the portal.
