Great apartment in the city, ocean view, 3 miles to the beach,tennis, golf course and shopping at the biggest mall (Morocco Mall),close to all,totally renovated,concierge, secure, elevator building, sunny,half mile to trains.

The space

the apartment is 1829 square feet (170 square meter), very quiet, sunny, has 2 balcony, one on the front and one the back, the interior design was done by me, interior designer in New York, old painting,French style decor, brand new beds from Sleepy"s in USA, one queen size bed on the one bedroom and king size in the master bedroom, 3 Moroccan beds on the Moroccan room(to experience the culture of typical Moroccan traditions), fully equipped kitchen, 2 doors fridge, water filtered dispenser, dishwasher, washer, stove, coffee machine, and microwave, of course all typical other items.
fresh towels provided.iron, soap, shampoo, 1lb of fresh coffee and 1lb tea for your convenience.

the apartment is convenient to all, 3 miles to the beach boardwalk, famous in Casablanca, the beach, private pools,Bars ,Clubs and all restaurant, from USA franchise to Italian, of course good Mediterranean Cuisine,a mile further, you can shop at the biggest Mall in Africa , Morocco Mall, tennis court, ATP tournament in April.

Joseph was waiting for us at the front of the apartment building., and greeted us warmly. He has - without question - an engaging personality, and made us feel comfortable and welcome to Casa. He did a great job of making sure we got settled and addressed all of our questions. The flat is a depicted. It is very clean, it is large, has high ceilings with crown molding, and tiled floors in the kitchen, bathrooms and balcony. The bedroom and two living areas have hardwood floors. The kitchen is clean and modern, and nicely equipped. The washing machine is new, as are all appliances. The foyer to the building sometimes has a slightly strange smell, but we found out it was the ammonia used in mopping the floor (and the caretaker is always cleaning the floor). Rest assured, however, that the flat has no such problem! The elevator works well, the water was always hot when stepping into the shower or washing dishes. The TV worked well and has an abundance of channels (in several channels). The location is more convenient than suggested in the description. It's a 15 minute walk from the main train station in Casa, but only a five to seven minute walk from the tram. The tram is quite inexpensive (6 Dirham per trip), and gets you close to the Hassan II Mosque, as well as the beach - in other words, you don't need to take a taxi ... just walk around the corner to the tram and take it to the city center, the Mosque and beach. As a side note, if you take a taxi from the train station to the apartment, TELL the driver you'll pay 15 Dirham - don't accept an 80 dirham offer!! The drive takes less than 5 minutes. A couple more points. There is a fruit and vegetable market two blocks from the flat, that had a great selection of fresh, ripe fruit. The breads from the local bakeries, however, were of poor quality (in my opinion) - go to the city center for better quality choices. In the event you're worrying about the "deposit" and "paperwork" ... don't. As long as you take care of the property, you'll receive the deposit back without question. This process went smoothly for us. I'm unable to comment on what happens if you damage the property - however, if you do, it makes sense that you should be responsible for the damage. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Joseph's flat. It's ideal for groups of four or more, and nicely priced.
