The space
Both bedrooms are comfortable, a large one with a queen size bed, and a smaller one with 1 double bunk bed with a single bed. A sofa bed is also available in the open-plan living room with the dining room and kitchen that share the same beautiful large windows with the beautiful view of the mountains, the village and the fjord. And for cool nights, a warm little fireplace; firewood included!
A small bed (playpen) for children under 2 years old is also at your disposal (with mattress and bedding).

Guest access
The entrance to the chalet is autonomous thanks to a lockbox.

In the basement, there is the washer and dryer as well as a second refrigerator at your disposal.

Everything that is accessible in the chalet is available for your use!

On the small property, you can have a campfire in the outdoor fireplace and firewood is provided.

HEIGHT
The chalet is very high. It is not recommended for people with limited mobility or for people with vertigo. For children, the gallery is large and safe. It is not recommended for young children to play alone on the grounds.

Other things to note
ARRIVAL
We strongly recommend not arriving in the dark on the first night, as there is little light in the village and around the chalet. To park in the courtyard, you have to do it by backing up the car.

TELEPHONE
There's no phone on site, you must have your cell phone. The internet is wifi throughout the chalet. The download speed is very fast but may vary depending on the time of day.

GROCERY STORE/CONVENIENCE STORE/STORE
There is no longer a general store in the village. You must therefore do a full grocery shopping before your arrival. There is a small business, the Apicurieux, which has various regional products and they can help you out. Otherwise, the nearest convenience store is in Saint-Fulgence, 35 km away.

GAS
There is no gas station in the village. You must fill up before arriving, either in Chicoutimi (45 km), Saint-Fulgence (35 km) or Tadoussac (100 km). To help you out, a small gas station is 15 km from the village.

TRASH AND RECYCLING
You must dispose of garbage and recycling yourself and take it to the designated places, either at the Pavillon de la montagne, in the center of the village. We can't leave any waste bags outside the cottage because of nearby forest animals.
