This bright, charming condo features modern conveniences, Old World charm. Ideal for corporate traveler. Full kitchen, cable, HBO, Wifi. Steps to restaurants/shops of G-town/Dupont Circle, walk to metro (red, orange/blue), bike rental. No car needed!

The space

Immaculate, comfortable home away from home. Sleeps 2 in bedroom plus twin-sized AeroBed (with electric pump) for possible 3rd guest. Gleaming pine softwood floors, original stained glass detail around the bedroom doorway, crown molding and a renovated kitchen with spacious counterspace opening to the living area. Very comfortable bed with fluffy down comforter. Relax on the couch after a long day of work or sightseeing.

Please note that the unit is a second-floor walk-up, and is not handicapped accessible.

Other things to note

Bedroom features a very comfortable double bed with solid-but-soft mattress. In addition, a twin-sized AeroBed air mattress is available for a possible third guest -- stored in overhead portion of bedroom closet.

Absolutely no smoking or drugs inside or out -- not in the courtyard, the fire escape or the front stoop. No pets.
Registered guest must be over 21.
Our home is a comfortable respite for professionals and tourists to relax and recharge in a bustling city. It's not a party place. If you are on business travel, catching up with friends and family in the city, or visiting the sights, please enjoy our home.
Please start the dishwasher, strip the bed, and start the laundry prior to departure.
We expect the condominium to be kept neat and free of trash & garbage at all times. Please keep the sink free of dirty dishes and run the dishwasher daily if dirty dishes are placed in it. You will be responsible for taking trash & recycling to the condo trash area (see instructions once reservation is confirmed).
The housekeeper and property managers, as well as the owners, have access to the property at all times. Notice will be attempted, but not required. Guest must engage the housekeeper at least every 2 weeks.
Guests are expected to monitor their use of utilities and conserve energy.
Any major cleaning required of rugs or furniture, or replacement of damaged or broken items will be the responsibility of the guests.
Note that as of March 1, I will be listing the condo for sale so realtors may bring potential buyers to view it. I will ask for 24 hours advance notice and certainly will let you know; however, not all realtors honor the "advance notice" request. Please keep the place tidy if you are staying there in March or April, and don't leave valuables out and visible. Thank you!
