Laundry room updated from floor to ceiling. Fresh paint through out this classic beauty. One block off Main Street. An easy walk to all downtown attractions without moving your car.

The space
At home in the Garden Craftsman you will find sculpted hardscape and flower gardens, a fire pit and gas grill, a secluded courtyard. A Front porch with vintage wicker chairs to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a beverage in the afternoon. A fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and private parking with two spaces. The outbuilding building and the potting shed are not included in the reservation.

Our guests enjoy complete private access to the home, front porch, back yard, fire pit and dining, and 2 car parking. The potting shed and exterior building are NOT included.

There are 2 parking spaces, private yard, outdoor dining. An easy walk to beautiful Downtown Brevard, the Lumberyard Arts & Music District. We are less than a mile from Brevard Music Center and Bracken Mountain. Enjoy concerts, casual and fine dining, shopping, art galleries, Saturday morning Farmers Market and don’t forget our downtown breweries and Oskar Blues Brewery. Amenities provided are shampoo, conditioner, soap, starter coffee and tea.

S. Oaklawn Avenue is a lovely, historic street that meets Main Street in Downtown Brevard. Walk, run, bike, to all that downtown has to offer, you can leave your car. Step out the door to the city sidewalk a block to Main Street. Restaurants, bakeries, the Co-Ed Movie Theater, coffee shops, spas, salons, barber shop, shopping, casual and fine dining, and music venues. A few blocks from the house is the Brevard Bike Path that passes by Oskar Blues Brewery and ends at the Pisgah Forest. Brevard Music Center, a jewel of our beautiful city, is less than a mile away. Our city offices and library are but a short walk. Walk, run, bike, to all that downtown has to offer!
